Mink – East Stourmouth, Plucks Gutter – First ever time seeing a mink, this was one of a pair which were coming in and out a boat on the river Stour. They have an unfair reputation of being vicious and evil but all I saw were two incredibly playful animals which were doing what they do. Even though so much wildlife which was once abundant has disappeared from the river, it still made me incredibly sad knowing that these creatures – that never asked to be here – would probably have been shot by now. They need to be removed but shooting one or two individuals wont change a thing. Once again stupid actions by man ruining the planet as usual. by Snails That Roar via http://flic.kr/p/wFK9sj
