It’s probably best NOT to follow @vincentjmusi as this is rapidly becoming my last assignment as a National Geographic photographer. While my colleagues make extraordinary photographs under the most difficult of circumstances, I wait patiently for hours to photograph these common budgerigars at the University of Vienna. They aren’t interested in my ideas or the fame or recognition that comes with being photographed for the magazine, they just want me and my camera out of their cage.
